The three simple steps...

STEP 1Simply call  us at 09-4421119  and our friendly customer service team will guide you through the process. You will be asked to provide your personal details including your NAME, ADDRESS, CONTACT NUMBER and a Valid I.D. And your beneficiary’s details.

BANK DEPOSIT: You need to provide their Full Name, Complete Bank details (Account Number and Branch) and  their contact number.

CASH PICK-UP VIA MCLHUILLER: You need to provide their Complete Name (including Middle Name) complete address of your choice pick-up center and your recipient’s contact number for verification.

CASH PICK-UP VIA MARIKINA-VILMAR STORE: You need to provide their Full name and contact number for verification. 

STEP 2: Deposit your payment including transaction fee to your nearest ANZ, NATIONAL BANK, or KIWI BANK. Please don’t forget to indicate your full name as your reference. Alternatively, you can do Internet Banking, and please be advised that some online transfers may take up to 24 hours to clear.

STEP 3: And we’re done! Once your payment has been cleared, PHP Money will be remitted to your Bank same day, as early as 10:00 A.M. onwards (excludes Philippines  public holiday and weekends).
